• Each Piece is made especially for you as soon as your order comes through!! 

• It takes 3-5 days to fulfill an order after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 6-12 business days

International: 8-14 business days

• As soon as the tracking information becomes available, you will receive an email with the tracking number

• We ship internationally; therefore, the shipping rates can vary based on your location.

• When you order different products, e.g t-shirts + hoodies, the orders may come in different packages and at slightly different times, due to each item's uniqueness.

Returns and exchange details:

• All sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged. Upon receiving photographic evidence of any issues with the order, like manufacturing errors, printing issues, and such, we may choose to offer a refund.

• Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size. If you need more info on the size of an item, please see the size help page or send an email.

• After 24 hours from the moment when the order was placed, the item will enter production, and you cannot cancel or change it anymore.

• At this time, we cannot accept exchanges.
